What you think is what you feel

Sounds simple but what I didn't fully understand was how this effects every day life with a default negative thought process, we have some silly amounts of thoughts every day it is those that we choose to dwell that will shape us.

As soon as I paid attention to this, I was promoting parties at the time I noticed how easily I could turn a positive idea into procrastination into slipping of on some mad tangent, my thought process was far from ideal, although the initial idea was always good.

There are ways to tell yourself, no not today, being aware is the first step we all have our own way of dealing with them.

A little trick when you are not feeling right, close your eyes and think of a time you were at your happiest, on a beach or at home wherever, see it in your mind picture it hear  the sounds, stay as long as you can and breathe eight breathes in, hold for eight seconds and breaths out for eight seconds, you will  be surprised how quickly you start to feel better.
